Note on data protection
Employees, customers or business partners of the Oettinger Davidoff Group can use “iWhistle” to report violations of compliance regulations, in particular antitrust or corruption law, as well as certain violations of data protection regulations or human rights.
The infrastructure of the system including websites and database is operated by the service provider iComply GmbH, based in 55116 Mainz, Große Langgasse 1A. IComply GmbH is contractually obliged to maintain strict confidentiality and to comply with all data protection requirements.
Which personal data and information are collected and processed?

Which personal data and information are collected and processed?
When reporting violations via "iWhistle", personal data are:
- of those who submit a report (e.g. name, contact details) (optional / voluntary!) and
- of the persons affected by an incident (e.g. description of the actions of the persons concerned)
which are entered in the respective registration form or transmitted via the protected mailbox, collected and processed. The data is processed by the responsible department in order to examine the reported incidents, to initiate and carry out investigations and, if necessary, to take remedial measures.
As part of the audits, investigations and remedial measures to be taken, it may be necessary to provide information on a reported incident to employees in other departments such as the legal department or to the management of Oettinger Davidoff Holding AG, other Oettinger Davidoff companies, to external consultants (e.g. legal consultants) or to forward it to the competent authorities. We may also be obliged to report a reported incident to the responsible authorities and the persons concerned.
How long will the personal data be stored?
The personal data and information provided by you will be kept for as long as knowledge of them is necessary to process the report and, if necessary, to initiate sanctions or the data must be kept by law. If a report turns out to be unfounded, the report and the personal data it contains will be deleted immediately.
